I begin by listening to what has been happening and what has not fully resolved.

I then assess your movement, mobility, strength, posture, and function to help clarify what may be influencing the problem. You leave with a clearer understanding and thoughtful next steps.

How Many Visits Might I Need?

Some people need one assessment and a clear plan. Others benefit from several focused visits.

There is no required package. Care is recommended thoughtfully and only when it continues to be useful.

Payment and Insurance

DiLauri Physical Therapy is a private-pay, out-of-network practice and does not bill insurance directly. This service is separate from insurance-based home health and does not replace medically necessary home health services. A superbill is available upon request for possible reimbursement from a commercial insurance plan.

Reimbursement depends on your plan and is not guaranteed. Physical therapy is not available through this practice for Medicare beneficiaries; however, non-medical Wellness Sessions are available separately. Pricing is explained clearly before care begins. View Pricing and Care Options.

When Medical Referral May Be Recommended

Sometimes symptoms require medical evaluation, imaging, or another type of care.

If physical therapy does not appear to be the right first step, I will explain why and help guide you in the appropriate direction.

Under New Jersey’s direct access law, patients may receive evaluation and treatment for musculoskeletal conditions from a licensed physical therapist without a physician’s referral. This allows you to begin care promptly, while your therapist thoroughly assesses your needs and determines whether medical referral or additional clearance is appropriate.

All physical therapy services are provided in accordance with the New Jersey State Physical Therapy Practice Act (P.L. 1983, c.296) and the regulations of the State Board of Physical Therapy Examiners. Services are delivered under the supervision of a licensed physical therapist, as defined by N.J.S.A. 45:9-37.13.

Wellness Sessions are wellness-based, non-medical services and do not include physical therapy evaluation, diagnosis, or treatment.
